We want you to absolutely adore your purchase. If you don't love it, please send back your unwanted item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at hello@cottonwoodthreads.com for our return address and to notify us of your return.

Items must be unwashed and unworn and show no signs of damage or makeup stains in order to be accepted. If items do not meet these standards, they will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and repurchase the size or option you want instead.

Received an item that was already damaged upon receipt? Contact us at hello@cottonwoodthreads.com, and we will pay for the return shipping and give you a full refund.
